Meetings of the Parish Council take place at 7.30pm on Wednesday evenings at approximately five-weekly intervals.  They are usually held in The Barn, (Village Hall) Ashen Lane, Stoke by Clare.  At each meeting, the first fifteen minutes (more if necessary), are made available for members of the public to ask questions or raise matters of concern. Once the public forum has ended members of the public are welcome to leave or stay for the rest of the meeting, as they prefer.

Draft Minutes will be posted as soon as possible after a meeting, replaced by the final version once approved by the Council and signed by the Chairman as a true record.

Agendas are displayed on the parish council notice board three days before the meeting and are also published on this website.  Agenda notices will be kept for 12 months. Minutes of meetings will be kept indefinitely.
